細くてまっすぐな線を束ねたような、光ファイバーのような構造をしています。繊維を通して真上からのぞくと下の文字や絵が浮き上がってみえて、一方横から見ると何も見えません。懐中電灯で光をあてると繊維に沿ってまっすぐに光が進むようすがわかります。

This stone is consisted of thin and straight fibers. Looking from right above, letters or pictures below the rock looks like it is written on the rock. On the other hand, looking from the side, you can see anything. If you point the light by a flashlight from the edge of the fiber, you can see the straight road of light.

電光石火の早わざという言葉のとおり、雷が落ちた瞬間、数万度という温度の中で、砂漠の砂粒が溶けて固まってできた石です。

This stone was made by the thunder when it struck in the desert. The sand melted and made this stone soon.
